The Xperia 1 III is way better than Motorola Moto Z3, with a global score of 93.3 against 77.6. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 1 III has the older 11 version and Motorola Moto Z3 has Android 9.0 Pie version.

The Xperia 1 III counts with a little better performance than Motorola Moto Z3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a brighter display than Motorola Moto Z3, because it has a bit bigger screen, a way better resolution of 1644 x 3840 and much more pixels per inch of screen.

The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than Moto Z3, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits 976 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage. Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more than Motorola Moto Z3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Motorola Moto Z3. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Motorola Moto Z3, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
