Sony Xperia 1 III is much better than Motorola One 5G Ace, getting a overall score of 93.3 against 81.6. The Sony Xperia 1 III is a somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner cellphone than the Motorola One 5G Ace, although both of them were released with only a couple of months difference. Xperia 1 III counts with just a little better hardware performance than Motorola One 5G Ace, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia 1 III also has a greater amount of RAM.

Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a sharper display than Motorola One 5G Ace, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels and a much better amount of pixels per display inch. The Motorola One 5G Ace captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Xperia 1 III, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and a same size aperture, the Motorola One 5G Ace also counts with a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution.

The Xperia 1 III counts with a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Motorola One 5G Ace, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB, the Xperia 1 III also has 256 GB internal storage. The Motorola One 5G Ace features just a little bit longer battery performance than Xperia 1 III, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 4500mAh.

Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Motorola One 5G Ace, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola One 5G Ace. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Motorola One 5G Ace, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
