Comparison review

The Sony Xperia 1 III has an overall score of 93.3, which is much better than the Motorola One Hyper's global score of 79.8. The Sony Xperia 1 III is a newer phone, and it's also just a bit thinner and a bit lighter than the Motorola One Hyper. These devices have the same Android 11 OS, so both of them should give you very similar operating system features.

The Sony Xperia 1 III has a better looking screen than Motorola One Hyper, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a much higher 1644 x 3840 resolution and a lot more pixels per inch in the display. Xperia 1 III features a way bigger memory to install applications and games than Motorola One Hyper, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.

Xperia 1 III features a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola One Hyper, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Sony Xperia 1 III has just a bit better battery lifetime than Motorola One Hyper, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.

The Motorola One Hyper captures just a bit better videos and photos than Xperia 1 III, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rate and a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same video quality, the Motorola One Hyper also counts with a camera in the back with a much higher resolution.

Although Sony Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola One Hyper, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola One Hyper. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Motorola One Hyper, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
