Sony Xperia 1 III is much better than Nokia X20, getting a score of 93.3 against 77.2. Sony Xperia 1 III is a lighter and somewhat thinner phone than the Nokia X20, even when both were only released with a couple months difference. These phones have the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding OS features.
