Xperia 1 III is way better than OPPO Find X3 Neo, having a global score of 93.3 against 76. Xperia 1 III's construction is a bit thicker and a little bit heavier than OPPO Find X3 Neo. Both of these devices use the same Android 11 OS. The OPPO Find X3 Neo and Xperia 1 III both have quite similar processors, both of them have 8 cores and the same RAM memory amount.
Xperia 1 III has a bit more vivid screen than OPPO Find X3 Neo, and although they both have a same size display, the Xperia 1 III also has way more pixels per inch in the display and a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels. OPPO Find X3 Neo features just a bit better camera than Xperia 1 III, because although it has worse 60 fps video frame rates and a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for shooting pictures and/or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also counts with a camera in the back with a much better 50 megapixels resolution.
The Xperia 1 III features a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than OPPO Find X3 Neo, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Xperia 1 III also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 1 TB. OPPO Find X3 Neo features a battery lifetime that's very similar to the Xperia 1 III one.
Sony Xperia 1 III is more expensive than OPPO Find X3 Neo, but you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
