Comparison review

The Sony Xperia 1 III has a global score of 93.3, which is way better than the Galaxy A70's 76.9 overall score. Both phones in this comparison come with Android operating system, but Sony Xperia 1 III has a newer 11 version while Galaxy A70 has Android 10 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features. Sony Xperia 1 III's design is extremely newer, but just a little bit thicker and a little heavier than Galaxy A70.

Sony Xperia 1 III has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A70, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Xperia 1 III has a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A70, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better 1644 x 3840 resolution and a much greater pixels amount per inch of display.

Xperia 1 III has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy A70, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory. The Galaxy A70 and Sony Xperia 1 III have very similar batteries duration. The Xperia 1 III shoots greater videos and photos than Galaxy A70, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a same size camera aperture, the Xperia 1 III also has better video frame rates and a lot bigger back camera sensor capturing way better quality videos and photographs.

Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy A70, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy A70. If you want to save some money, you can buy Samsung Galaxy A70, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
