Comparison review
The Xperia 1 III has an overall score of 93.3, which is better than Galaxy M20's 78.9 global score. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but the Xperia 1 III has newer 11 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10, offering a lot of extra features and performance improvements. The Xperia 1 III construction is notably newer and just a little bit thinner, but also just a little heavier than the Galaxy M20.
Xperia 1 III features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy M20, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM. Sony Xperia 1 III features a better display than Galaxy M20, because it has a way higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px, a bit bigger display and a much better count of pixels per display inch.
Xperia 1 III takes a lot better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a less mega pixels resolution camera, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 video quality, a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better captures and video in low-light situations and a lot larger sensor capturing much higher quality videos and pictures.
The Xperia 1 III features a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy M20, because it has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 192 GB more internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy M20 has just a bit longer battery duration than Xperia 1 III, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
