Sony Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is slightly better than Galaxy M51's score of 87.7. Sony Xperia 1 III's construction is newer, lighter and thinner than the Galaxy M51. These devices include Android OS, but the Sony Xperia 1 III has a more recent 11 version and Galaxy M51 has Android 10.
