Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S20 is slightly better than Sony Xperia 1 III, having a 94.8 score against 93.3. Samsung Galaxy S20's design is a little bit thinner and lighter than Sony Xperia 1 III, although it was released a little bit more than a year before. These phones work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has 13 version and Sony Xperia 1 III has Android 11, so it offers lots of additional features.
The Galaxy S20's processing unit is just as good as Sony Xperia 1 III's processor, both have a 12 GB RAM and 8 CPU cores. The Sony Xperia 1 III features a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S20, because it has a bit bigger screen, a bit higher 1644 x 3840 resolution and a little better amount of pixels in each display inch.
Sony Xperia 1 III features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same resolution back-facing camera and the same back-facing camera sensor size, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a bigger diafragm aperture for better low light photos and video and better video frame rate.
The Xperia 1 III features a much bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S20, because it has 256 GB internal memory and a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. Xperia 1 III features just a bit better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S20, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best phone in our current comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S20 is also very cheap compared to the other phones, making it an obvious call.
