Sony Xperia 1 III has a general score of 93.3, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE's 90.8 general score. Both phones in this comparison review include the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect. Sony Xperia 1 III is a newer phone, and it is also a little thinner and a bit lighter than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE.
