Comparison review
The Galaxy S22 has a global score of 93.4, which is slightly better than the Xperia 1 III's overall score of 93.3. The Galaxy S22 is a somewhat lighter and a bit thinner cellphone than Xperia 1 III, even though both were released with only a couple of months difference. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S22 has the newer 13 version and Xperia 1 III has Android 11 version, providing you some additional features.
The Galaxy S22 counts with a little more vivid display than Sony Xperia 1 III, although it has a way worse pixel count per inch in the display, a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a bit smaller screen. Xperia 1 III has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S22, because it has more internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 1 TB.
The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S22, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has more RAM. Galaxy S22 has a much better camera than Xperia 1 III, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for low-light photos, it also counts with a back camera with a much better resolution, a bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting better quality videos and photos and a much higher video resolution.
Xperia 1 III has better battery lifetime than Galaxy S22, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Galaxy S22 is not only the best devices of the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bargain compared to the other devices.
