Sony Xperia 1 III is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, getting a 93.3 score against 90.7. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia 1 III has the previous 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has Android 14. The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a much better performing CPU than Galaxy S25 Ultra. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a more vivid screen than Sony Xperia 1 III, because although it has a just a little worse pixel count per inch in the display and a little bit worse resolution of 1440 x 3088, it also counts with a quite bigger screen. The Xperia 1 III has a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy S25 Ultra, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Xperia 1 III also has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
