Comparison review
Sony Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active's score of 80.9. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Xperia 1 III has 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has Android 5.0 version, so it counts with some additional features and improved performance.
The Galaxy S6 Active features a little more vivid display than Sony Xperia 1 III, although it has a way worse resolution of 2560 x 1440, a lot smaller screen and a bit less pixels per inch of display. Xperia 1 III features much more storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because it has more internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a bit more powerful processing unit than Sony Xperia 1 III, because although it has less RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a 64 bits processor and an extra graphics processor. Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S6 Active. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Xperia 1 III, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S6 Active, letting go some features and specifications.
