Comparison review

Sony Xperia 1 III has a general score of 93.3, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S7's 79.5 overall score. The Sony Xperia 1 III design is noticeably newer than the Samsung Galaxy S7's, although it is just a bit thicker and heavier. The Galaxy S7 features a little more vivid display than Sony Xperia 1 III, although it has a just a bit inferior pixel amount in each display inch, a really smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 1440 x 2560.

Xperia 1 III features a little better processing power than Galaxy S7, because it has a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and a greater amount of RAM. Xperia 1 III has a much bigger storage to install applications and games than Galaxy S7, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory.

The Xperia 1 III shoots much better pictures and videos than Galaxy S7, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same camera aperture and the same resolution back camera, the Xperia 1 III also has better video frame rates and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.

Xperia 1 III has a superior battery life than Galaxy S7, because it has a 50% greater battery size.

Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S7. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy S7, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
