The Sony Xperia 1 III is much better than Xperia 1, having a 93.3 score against 82.6. Sony Xperia 1 III is a a bit heavier cellphone than the Xperia 1, but both are 0.32inches thick. The Xperia 1 III has a little better processing power than Xperia 1, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia 1 III also has a greater amount of RAM.
Xperia 1 counts with a bit sharper display than Sony Xperia 1 III. Both have the same screen pixel density, a screen with the same size and the same exact resolution of 1644 x 3840px.
