Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is better than the Sony Xperia 1 VI's 83.2 general score. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia 1 III has the previous 11 version and Sony Xperia 1 VI has Android 14 version. The Xperia 1 III counts with a much more powerful processing unit than Xperia 1 VI. They have 12 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core CPU.
