Comparison review
Sony Xperia PRO has an overall score of 94.3, which is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia 1 III's 93.3 overall score. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Sony Xperia PRO has older 10 version while Sony Xperia 1 III has Android 11. Although it's the best phone we compare here, Sony Xperia PRO is an a lot thicker and heavier phone than Sony Xperia 1 III.
The Xperia 1 III counts with a bit more powerful processor than Sony Xperia PRO, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Sony Xperia PRO features a screen that is very similar to the Xperia 1 III one, both have the same exact resolution of 1644 x 3840, the same pixel density and a same size display.
The Xperia 1 III captures just a bit better videos and photos than Xperia PRO, and although they both have a 0.59 inches back camera sensor, a same size camera aperture, a camera with a 12 MP and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Xperia 1 III also has higher 120 frames per second video frame rate.
The Sony Xperia PRO counts with a much better memory for games and applications than Xperia 1 III, and although they both have a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB, the Sony Xperia PRO also has 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a bit longer battery life than Sony Xperia PRO, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Although Xperia PRO is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xperia 1 III, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xperia 1 III. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Xperia 1 III, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your savings.
