Sony Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is much better than the Xperia XZs's score of 77.2. Sony Xperia 1 III is a somewhat heavier cellphone than Xperia XZs, but both are equally thin. The Sony Xperia 1 III has a brighter screen than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a larger display, a way greater display density and a way higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px.
Xperia 1 III has a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has 224 GB more internal storage and a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 1 TB. Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a little faster processor than Xperia XZs, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and more cpu cores.
Xperia 1 III counts with a much longer battery life than Xperia XZs, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
