Comparison review
The Xperia 1 III has a global score of 93.3, which is better than the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro's score of 82.9. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 1 III has older 11 version and Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has Android 9.0 Pie. The Xperia 1 III design is newer, a little bit lighter and a little bit thinner than the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro.
Xperia 1 III has a slightly better display than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because it has a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840, a quite larger screen and much more pixels per screen inch. The Xperia 1 III features a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro's processor is just as good as the Xperia 1 III one, and although the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro takes clearer photographs and videos than Sony Xperia 1 III, because although it has a tinier sensor taking worse quality photos, a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for shooting images and videos in poorly lited environments and worse video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro also counts with a back facing camera with way more MP.
Xperia 1 III counts with just a bit better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because it has a 13 percent bigger battery capacity.
