Comparison review
Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is better than the Xiaomi Mi A3's 79.2 general score. These phones use the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that. Xperia 1 III is a newer and a little bit thinner phone than Xiaomi Mi A3, although it is also just a little heavier.
Sony Xperia 1 III counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi A3, because it has a little larger display, a much better amount of pixels per inch in the screen and a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels. Xperia 1 III has a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi A3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi A3 has a slightly better camera than Sony Xperia 1 III, because although it has slower video frame rate, a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and video and a much smaller back-facing camera sensor providing a lot worse image quality, and they both have the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Mi A3 also counts with a way higher resolution back facing camera.
The Sony Xperia 1 III has a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi A3, because it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 1 TB and more internal storage capacity. The Xperia 1 III has just a little better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi A3, because it has a 4500mAh battery size instead of 4030mAh.
