Comparison review
Sony Xperia 1 III is much better than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, getting a score of 93.3 against 83.8. The Sony Xperia 1 III body has the same thickness than the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, but it is just a little bit lighter. The Xperia 1 III counts with just a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Sony Xperia 1 III features a more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because it has a way higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution, a quite bigger screen and a way higher display pixel density. Sony Xperia 1 III has a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, and although they both have a back-facing camera with a 12 mega-pixels and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a bigger aperture for better low light images and video, faster video frame rates and a much bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Sony Xperia 1 III has much more memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1 TB. Xperia 1 III features greater battery life than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because it has a 32% greater battery size.
Although Sony Xperia 1 III is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Sony Xperia 1 III, else you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, giving up some specifications.
