Comparison review
The Xperia 1 III has an overall score of 93.3, which is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10's global score of 78.3. Both of these phones work with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so they should provide all the same operating system features. Xperia 1 III's construction is a little heavier but a bit thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and both of them were released with only a couple months difference.
Xperia 1 III features a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, because it has a little larger display, a way better number of pixels per inch in the display and a way better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels. The Sony Xperia 1 III features just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a much greater memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, because it has 256 GB internal storage and an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB. The Xperia 1 III features just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, because although it has a much worse resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better photos and video in low light environments and a larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Sony Xperia 1 III, because it has an 11% greater battery size.
Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Xperia 1 III, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, resigning a couple features and specs.
