The Galaxy J7 Max counts with a really superior hardware performance than Xperia 1 V, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores. Sony Xperia 1 V features a slightly better screen than Galaxy J7 Max, because it has a little bit bigger display, a much greater pixel density and a lot higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels.
Xperia 1 V has much more memory for games and applications than Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Xperia 1 V has a superior battery duration than Galaxy J7 Max, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
Sony Xperia 1 V counts with a much better camera than Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for low-light captures and videos, it also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and a much better video definition.
