Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 V has an overall score of 82.7, which is just a bit better than Sony Xperia XZ Premium's 79.8 general score. The Sony Xperia 1 V design is notably newer and just a little lighter, but a bit thicker than Sony Xperia XZ Premium. Xperia XZ Premium counts with an extremely better processor than Xperia 1 V, although it has 8 GB less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
The Xperia XZ Premium has a more vivid screen than Sony Xperia 1 V, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater pixels density and a slightly higher 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution.
