Comparison review
Xperia 1 V has a global score of 82.7, which is a little bit better than Xperia XZ2 Premium's 82.2 score. Xperia 1 V's design is much newer, extremely thinner and extremely lighter than Xperia XZ2 Premium. The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a lot better display than Sony Xperia 1 V, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little better pixel count per screen inch and a quite better resolution of 2160 x 3840px.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a much greater performance than Xperia 1 V, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Xperia 1 V shoots better videos and photos than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for shooting pictures in low-light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xperia 1 V also counts with higher 120 fps video frame rates, a lot larger back camera sensor shooting lot better quality photos and videos and a camera in the back with a lot higher 48 mega-pixels resolution.
The Xperia 1 V counts with more memory for applications and games than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. The Xperia 1 V counts with a much better battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
