Even being the best device in this review, Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer is an a little bit thicker and just a bit heavier device than the Xperia 1 V. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has the older 12 version while Xperia 1 V has Android 13.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has a lot better hardware performance than Xperia 1 V, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer counts with a bit better screen than Xperia 1 V, because although it has a way worse screen density and a way worse 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a little bit larger screen.
Sony Xperia 1 V and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer count with similar storage for applications and games, both of them have the same 256 GB internal memory.
