Comparison review
The Xperia 1 V has a general score of 82.7, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's overall score of 79. Xperia 1 V's design is newer, lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. Both phones in our current comparison have Android operating system, but Xperia 1 V has 13 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11 version, so it gives you some nice extra features.
Xperia 1 V features a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way greater pixel quantity per inch of screen and a way higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px. The Xperia 1 V features a quite bigger memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a much faster CPU than Xperia 1 V, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's battery life is very similar to the battery life in Sony Xperia 1 V, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a 5020mAh battery size against 5000mAh.
The Xperia 1 V counts with a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light photography and videos, and they both have a 48 MP resolution camera in the back and the same video definition, the Xperia 1 V also counts with a much larger camera sensor shooting lot higher quality photographs and videos and better video frame rate.
