Comparison review
Xperia 1 VI has a general score of 83.2, which is slightly better than Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom's 76.2 global score. The Xperia 1 VI is a way thinner and noticeably lighter phone than the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom. The Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom has a much more powerful processor than Xperia 1 VI, although it has 8 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Xperia 1 VI and Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom both have really similar displays, although the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom has a way worse resolution of 1080 x 1920, a way worse display pixels density and a much smaller display. Xperia 1 VI shoots greater videos and photos than Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low light images and videos, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Xperia 1 VI also counts with a way larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a much higher 48 MP resolution back-facing camera and better video frame rates.
Xperia 1 VI features a bit more storage capacity to install games and applications than Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, because although it has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom features a battery life that's very similar to Sony Xperia 1 VI's battery lifetime.
