Comparison review
The Xperia 1 VI has a global score of 83.2, which is just a bit better than the Huawei P20 Pro's 81.4 score. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 1 VI has the newer 14 version while Huawei P20 Pro has Android 10 version, providing the user some nice extra features. The Xperia 1 VI design is incredibly thinner and a lot lighter than the Huawei P20 Pro.
Huawei P20 Pro features a very superior processor than Xperia 1 VI, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Xperia 1 VI counts with a bit better display than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a higher pixel density, a way higher 1644 x 3840 resolution and a bit bigger screen.
The Xperia 1 VI counts with just a bit better camera than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low-light captures and video, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Xperia 1 VI also counts with a better 48 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, a much bigger sensor providing a way better image quality and higher video frame rate.
The Xperia 1 VI has a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1 TB and 128 GB more internal memory capacity. The Sony Xperia 1 VI features improved battery duration than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a 25 percent more battery capacity.
