Comparison review
Xperia 1 VI is just a bit better than LG G5, getting a overall score of 83.2 against 76.1. Both phones in this comparison have Android operating system, but Xperia 1 VI has the previous 14 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Xperia 1 VI construction is a lot lighter and much thinner than the LG G5.
The LG G5 features a little more vivid screen than Xperia 1 VI, although it has a just a little inferior pixels amount in each display inch, a way lower 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a lot smaller display. LG G5 features a much greater hardware performance than Sony Xperia 1 VI, although it has less cores (although faster) and a smaller amount of RAM.
Sony Xperia 1 VI features a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than LG G5, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 1 TB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 224 GB more internal storage capacity. The Xperia 1 VI has a way better camera than LG G5, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same video quality, the Xperia 1 VI also counts with a back camera with lot more mega-pixels, faster video frame rates and a way larger back-facing camera sensor.
Xperia 1 VI counts with a much better battery performance than LG G5, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
