Xperia 1 VI has a global score of 83.2, which is a bit better than the LG Q8's score of 77.2. These phones have Android OS, but the Xperia 1 VI has 14 version while LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat. The Xperia 1 VI is a thinner and incredibly lighter cellphone than the LG Q8. LG Q8 features a little sharper display than Xperia 1 VI, although it has a lot worse resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, a much smaller screen and a just a bit inferior amount of pixels per display inch.

The Sony Xperia 1 VI features a very superior battery duration than LG Q8, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
