Comparison review
Xperia 1 VI has a global score of 83.2, which is a bit better than Galaxy A40's global score of 79.6. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 1 VI has newer 14 version and Galaxy A40 has Android 11. Xperia 1 VI is a thinner and much lighter device than Galaxy A40.
Galaxy A40 counts with a much faster processor than Xperia 1 VI, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Sony Xperia 1 VI has a slightly better display than Galaxy A40, because it has a lot higher 1644 x 3840px resolution, a larger display and a better pixels density.
