Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 VI is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, with an 83.2 score against 78.1. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Sony Xperia 1 VI has a newer 14 version and Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11. The Sony Xperia 1 VI is a much thinner and extremely lighter phone than the Samsung Galaxy XCover 5.
Sony Xperia 1 VI has a more vivid screen than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a way better 1644 x 3840 resolution, a much bigger display and a way better pixels number per display inch. Galaxy XCover 5 has a much better hardware performance than Xperia 1 VI, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores.
The Sony Xperia 1 VI counts with a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have a SD memory slot that supports up to 1 TB, the Sony Xperia 1 VI also has 256 GB internal storage. The Xperia 1 VI takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light photography and videos, it also counts with a way more MP camera and a much higher (4K) video resolution.
The Sony Xperia 1 VI has a really longer battery duration than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
