Comparison review
The Xperia 5 III is slightly better than the Xperia 1 VI, getting a 90.5 score against 83.2. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 5 III has the older 11 version and Xperia 1 VI has Android 14. Xperia 1 VI has a bit better screen than Xperia 5 III, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1644 x 3840, a quite larger screen and more pixels per display inch.
The Xperia 5 III has as much memory capacity for games and applications as Xperia 1 VI, both of them have an external memory card slot that allows up to 1 TB and the same 256 GB internal memory capacity. Xperia 5 III counts with a much greater hardware performance than Sony Xperia 1 VI, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores.
