Comparison review
Xperia 1 VI is a little bit better than Xperia Z5, getting a score of 83.2 against 77.6. These devices use Android OS, but the Xperia 1 VI has newer 14 version and Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1 version, so it provides some nice extra features. The Xperia 1 VI is a thinner and a lot lighter cellphone than the Xperia Z5.
Sony Xperia Z5 counts with a much better performing processing unit than Sony Xperia 1 VI, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Sony Xperia Z5 also counts with an extra graphics processor. Xperia Z5 features a bit sharper display than Xperia 1 VI, although it has a lot smaller screen, a way worse 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a much worse display density.
Sony Xperia 1 VI features a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB and 224 GB more internal memory capacity. Sony Xperia 1 VI features a much better battery performance than Xperia Z5, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Xperia 1 VI shoots much clearer videos and photos than Xperia Z5, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for taking pictures and video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video resolution, the Xperia 1 VI also counts with faster video frame rates, a much more mega-pixels camera in the back and a lot bigger sensor providing a way higher image quality.
