Comparison review
The Xperia 1 VI has a score of 83.2, which is a bit better than Xperia Z5 Premium's 79.8 general score. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 1 VI has the newer 14 version and Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1, providing lots of additional features and better performance. Xperia 1 VI is a much lighter and way thinner phone than Xperia Z5 Premium.
Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a way better looking display than Xperia 1 VI, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a quite better 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution and a higher display pixels density. Sony Xperia 1 VI counts with a very superior memory capacity for apps and games than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a SD extension slot that holds up to 1 TB and more internal memory capacity.
The Xperia Z5 Premium features a much more powerful processing unit than Xperia 1 VI, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a graphics processor. Sony Xperia 1 VI takes much better videos and photos than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for low light captures, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Sony Xperia 1 VI also counts with a way larger sensor providing a much better image quality, a lot more megapixels back facing camera and higher video frame rate.
