The Huawei Mate Xs is much better than the Xperia 1, getting a 91.6 score against 82.6. Huawei Mate Xs is a newer cellphone than Xperia 1, but it is much thicker and noticeably heavier. The Huawei Mate Xs captures a bit better videos and photos than Sony Xperia 1, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for taking images and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei Mate Xs also counts with faster video frame rate, a lot bigger sensor taking much better quality videos and photographs and a back-facing camera with way more mega-pixels.
