Comparison review

Xperia 1 has an overall score of 82.6, which is slightly better than the LG V30S ThinQ's 82.5 general score. The Xperia 1 construction is newer, but a little bit thicker and heavier than LG V30S ThinQ. Xperia 1 counts with a bit faster processing unit than LG V30S ThinQ. They have 6 GB of RAM memory and 8 CPU cores.

The Xperia 1 features a bit sharper screen than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has a better 1644 x 3840px resolution, a little larger screen and a bit higher number of pixels in each inch of screen. LG V30S ThinQ has a way bigger storage for games and applications than Xperia 1, and although they both have the same internal memory, the LG V30S ThinQ also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1,95 TB.

LG V30S ThinQ features a bit better camera than Xperia 1, because although it has a tinier sensor, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and a F1.6 camera aperture, the LG V30S ThinQ also counts with a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution and faster 30 fps video frame rates.

LG V30S ThinQ features a battery lifetime that's just as good as Sony Xperia 1's battery lifetime, although the LG V30S ThinQ has just 3300mAh of battery size against 3330mAh.

Although Xperia 1 is a better device, it is a little more expensive than LG V30S ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG V30S ThinQ. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Xperia 1, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the LG V30S ThinQ, resigning a couple features and specs.
