Comparison review

The Xperia 1 is a little bit better than the LG V35 ThinQ, having an 82.6 score against 81.3. Xperia 1's design is newer, but somewhat heavier and a little thicker than LG V35 ThinQ. The Xperia 1 has a bit better screen than LG V35 ThinQ, because it has a little better quantity of pixels in each display inch, a little larger display and a higher 1644 x 3840 resolution.

LG V35 ThinQ counts with slightly more storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia 1, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. LG V35 ThinQ's processor is just as good as Xperia 1's CPU, both have 6 GB of RAM memory and 8 cpu cores.

The Xperia 1 and the LG V35 ThinQ feature extremely similar batteries performance, although the LG V35 ThinQ has a 1% smaller battery size. LG V35 ThinQ captures clearer photographs and videos than Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing less light and washed colors, and they both have the same diafragm aperture and the same (4K) video quality, the LG V35 ThinQ also counts with faster video frame rate and a back-facing camera with a much higher resolution.

Although Sony Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG V35 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG V35 ThinQ. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Sony Xperia 1, else you can save some dollars and buy the LG V35 ThinQ, giving up a couple features and specifications.
