Comparison review

The Xperia 1 is a bit better than Moto G Power, having a score of 82.6 against 76.1. Xperia 1 is an older phone than the Moto G Power, but Sony managed to build it lighter and thinner anyway. Xperia 1 features a sharper display than Moto G Power, because it has a lot more pixels per inch of screen, a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a bit larger screen.

The Xperia 1 features a superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G Power, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB, the Xperia 1 also has 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Xperia 1 has a little better processing power than Motorola Moto G Power, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

The Moto G Power captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for low-light photos and videos and a smaller back camera sensor, and they both have the same video quality, the Moto G Power also counts with a much more MP camera and higher 30 fps video frame rates.

Motorola Moto G Power features a way better battery performance than Xperia 1, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.

Although Sony Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto G Power. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Sony Xperia 1, else you can save some dollars and buy the Moto G Power, letting go a couple features and specifications.
