Motorola razr (2020) has a general score of 87, which is a little bit better than the Sony Xperia 1's global score of 82.6. Motorola razr (2020)'s design is newer and just a little thinner, but a little heavier than Sony Xperia 1. Xperia 1 features a much more vibrant screen than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a much higher screen pixel density, a way better 1644 x 3840 resolution and a quite larger display.

Xperia 1 features a bit more powerful processor than Motorola razr (2020), although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores. Motorola razr (2020) features a superior camera than Xperia 1, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light captures, and they both have the same video resolution, the Motorola razr (2020) also counts with a way larger sensor taking way higher quality videos and photographs, faster video frame rates and a much higher resolution back-facing camera.

Xperia 1 has a bit more memory to store more games and applications than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has just 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Xperia 1 counts with improved battery duration than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a 19 percent bigger battery capacity.

Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Sony Xperia 1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Sony Xperia 1. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Motorola razr (2020), else you can save some dollars and buy the Sony Xperia 1, giving up a couple features and specifications.
