Xperia 1 is slightly better than the Motorola ThinkPhone, with an 82.6 score against 78.9. Even though the Xperia 1 is incredibly older than the Motorola ThinkPhone, it's construction is a bit thinner and a little bit lighter. The Xperia 1 features a very superior processor than Motorola ThinkPhone, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with 7 more CPU cores.
The Xperia 1 has a little sharper screen than Motorola ThinkPhone, because although it has much less brightness and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better screen pixel density and a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840.
