Sony Xperia 1 has a score of 82.6, which is slightly better than OnePlus 7T Pro's 75.8 general score. The Sony Xperia 1 is a a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter phone than OnePlus 7T Pro, even though both of them were released only 5 months apart. The OnePlus 7T Pro counts with a little better performance than Sony Xperia 1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 7T Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Xperia 1 has a little more vivid display than OnePlus 7T Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better display pixels density and a better 1644 x 3840 resolution. The Xperia 1 has a slightly bigger storage to install applications and games than OnePlus 7T Pro, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
The OnePlus 7T Pro counts with improved battery duration than Xperia 1, because it has a 4085mAh battery size. The OnePlus 7T Pro has a very superior camera than Sony Xperia 1, and although they both have the same video quality and the same aperture, the OnePlus 7T Pro also has faster 60 fps video frame rates, a lot bigger camera sensor shooting lot better quality photos and a back camera with way more megapixels.
Although Xperia 1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than OnePlus 7T Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the OnePlus 7T Pro. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the OnePlus 7T Pro, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
