Comparison review
Sony Xperia 1 has a general score of 82.6, which is a little bit better than Galaxy A21's 76.1 general score. The Sony Xperia 1 construction has the same thickness than the Galaxy A21, but it is a little bit lighter. The Xperia 1 counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy A21, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Xperia 1 counts with a much better display than Samsung Galaxy A21, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Xperia 1 also has a much greater display pixel density and a lot higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels. The Sony Xperia 1 counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy A21, because although it has a way lower 12 megapixels resolution camera, it also counts with a bigger sensor which offers a higher image and video quality, a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography and video in low-light situations.
The Xperia 1 features a way bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy A21, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB, the Xperia 1 also has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy A21 features greater battery lifetime than Sony Xperia 1, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3330mAh.
Although Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy A21. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy A21, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your savings.
