Comparison review
Galaxy A50 has a score of 83.8, which is slightly better than Xperia 1's 82.6 score. Even though the Galaxy A50 and the Xperia 1 were released with only 3 months difference, the Galaxy A50 is a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter. The Sony Xperia 1 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia 1 also has more RAM memory.
The Xperia 1 counts with a brighter display than Galaxy A50, because it has a lot better 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution, a little larger screen and a way greater pixels number per inch in the display. Samsung Galaxy A50 takes slightly better photos and videos than Sony Xperia 1, because although it has a tinier sensor and a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also counts with faster video frame rate and a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera.
Sony Xperia 1 and Galaxy A50 have really similar storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, both of them have a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB and the same internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy A50 features superior battery life than Xperia 1, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3330mAh.
Galaxy A50 not only is the best phones in this comparison, but it's also very cheap compared to the other phones, which makes it a no doubt choice.
