Sony Xperia 1 has a global score of 82.6, which is slightly better than the Galaxy C7's score of 77.7. Although the Sony Xperia 1 is extremely newer than Galaxy C7, it's somewhat thicker and just a bit heavier. The Xperia 1 features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy C7, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia 1 also has 2 GB more RAM.
