Xperia 1 III has a general score of 93.3, which is much better than the Xperia 1's score of 82.6. Xperia 1 III's design has the same thickness than the Xperia 1, but it is just a little heavier. Sony Xperia 1 features a little bit better screen than Sony Xperia 1 III. Both have a same size display, an equal resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a greater pixel amount in each inch in the screen.
The Xperia 1 III has a way bigger storage to install games and applications than Xperia 1, because it has 256 GB internal memory and an external SD slot that admits up to 1 TB. The Xperia 1 III has a little bit better hardware performance than Xperia 1, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia 1 III also has more RAM memory.
