Comparison review
Xperia 1 is just a bit better than Xiaomi 15 Pro, with an 82.6 score against 81.3. Xperia 1's design is just a bit thinner and lighter than Xiaomi 15 Pro, despite of the fact that it was released 6 years before. Xiaomi 15 Pro has a sharper display than Sony Xperia 1, because although it has a little bit worse screen density and a bit worse resolution of 1440 x 3200, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen and much more brightness.
The Xperia 1 counts with a way better performance than Xiaomi 15 Pro, although it has 6 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi 15 Pro shoots way better photographs and videos than Xperia 1, because it has a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a camera with a lot better 50 mega-pixels resolution and a bigger diafragm aperture for better photos in poorly lited situations.
Xperia 1 has a slightly better memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi 15 Pro, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits up to 512 GB. Xiaomi 15 Pro has a way better battery performance than Sony Xperia 1, because it has an 83 percent more battery capacity.
