Comparison review
Xperia 1 has an overall score of 82.6, which is a little bit better than ZTE Axon 20's 77.8 overall score. The Xperia 1 is an older and just a little bit thicker phone than the ZTE Axon 20, but Sony made it somewhat lighter anyway. Sony Xperia 1 counts with a much better display than ZTE Axon 20, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much better pixel number per inch in the display and a lot higher 1644 x 3840px resolution.
Sony Xperia 1 features a little faster processor than ZTE Axon 20, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores. ZTE Axon 20 counts with a lot better camera than Xperia 1, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light captures and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the ZTE Axon 20 also counts with a way bigger back camera sensor, a back camera with way more mega-pixels and higher 60 frames per second video frame rates.
The Sony Xperia 1 has much more storage capacity for games and applications than ZTE Axon 20, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia 1 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The ZTE Axon 20 has greater battery performance than Xperia 1, because it has a 27 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Sony Xperia 1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than ZTE Axon 20, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as ZTE Axon 20. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Sony Xperia 1, but if you don't you can save some money and get the ZTE Axon 20, resigning a couple features and specs.
