The Xperia 10 II is a bit better than the HTC U Ultra, with a score of 78.5 against 77. Although Xperia 10 II is just a little thicker than HTC U Ultra, it's lighter and also newer. HTC U Ultra features a bit better display than Xperia 10 II, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little higher number of pixels in each inch in the screen and a slightly higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.

Xperia 10 II features a bit faster CPU than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Xperia 10 II also has a greater number of cores.
